What If My Product Arrives Damaged?

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right. Please inspect your package upon delivery—if you notice any signs of damage (even to the box), note it when signing for receipt.

If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, simply write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your item arrive with visible damage, please email support@thevarsityhub.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund within one business day/
